When I click on checkout a message appears "You must agree to ChartsView Terms & Conditions to proceed" or "you must agree to the Forum Guidelines before you proceed".

Click on the link "ChartsView Terms & Conditions", read this document and if you agree then check the checkbox next to "I agree and abide by the ChartsView Terms and Conditions. Make you have also read the Forum Guidelines.

I don't have a PayPal account?

You don't need a PayPal account to make a payment; you can pay by credit or debit card on the PayPal site. If you click on checkout this will take you to the PayPal site then click on the link "Don't have a PayPal account?"

I have clicked checkout and I am now on the PayPal page, what do I do?

• If you have a PayPal account then click on link "Have a PayPal account?"
• If you want to pay by debit or credit card then click on link "Don't have a PayPal account?"

I have clicked checkout and I am now on the PayPal page, what do I do if I want to cancel?

Click on "Cancel and return to ChartsView Enterprises Limited".

Once I've paid on PayPal, how do I get back to ChartsView site?

Click on link "Return to ChartsView Limited Enterprises".

What memberships plans are there?

ChartsView has three membership plans:

• ChartsView Free membership - standard lifetime membership (does not include premium benefits)

• 1-week free trial of premium membership

• ChartsView Premium Membership for £39.95 - 1 year includes premium benefits such as exclusive trading tips, live chat facilities and premium forum topics.

 To access the website you need to subscribe to one of these plans. To subscribe click on membership tab on main menu and select a plan you wish to subscribe to.

Do I need to subscribe to access the site?

Yes, to fully access the site you need to subscribe to one of these plans. A lot of features are locked or hidden to non-members.  To subscribe click on membership tab on main menu and select a plan you wish to subscribe to.
