When I login I get the follow message: "Login denied! Your account has either been blocked or you have not activated it yet".
To activate your account, click on the activation link sent to the email address you entered. If you login and then get a "Access Prohibited" message then you need to subscribe to a membership plan.
When I login I get the following message: "Access Prohibited (Either subscribe plan or wait for activation of your subscription)".
ChartsView has three membership plans:
• ChartsView Free membership - standard lifetime membership (does not include premium benefits)
• 1-week free trial of premium membership
• ChartsView Premium Membership for £39.95 - 1 year includes premium benefits such as exclusive trading tips, live chat facilities and premium forum topics.
To access the website you need to subscribe to one of these plans. To subscribe click on membership tab on main menu and select a plan you wish to subscribe to.
How do I register?
Click on Register button at the top right hand corner of screen or click on membership tab on main menu and select one of the plans to subscribe to.
How do I logout?
Click on Logout button in the top right hand corner, then click on the Logout on the screen.
How do I login?
Click on Login button in the top right hand corner.
How do I access my account?
Click on "My Account" button in the top right hand corner.
